I am excited to offer a totally unique opportunity to combine a guided daily yoga practice, morning asana, breathing techniques, meditation and restorative rejuvenation sessions with an unforgettable immersion with raw and untamed nature, animal sightings as well as, if we are lucky enough… underwater encounters. Each excursion will be led by knowledgeable professionals with the upmost respect for their environment.

Our day will start with morning asana, followed by breakfast.

We have scheduled a small boat for both, 2, 1/2 Day Whale Watching and a Full Day Snorkeling in the water to observe them in their own environment.(when they allow). The boat caries 6 passengers which allows for an intimate close up encounter when we find the whales. We are accompanied by knowledgeable guides and professional dive masters. This is the height of the Humpback Whale season, so their presence has been predictable. We do not peruse the whales but as we are in their environment, their appearance is probable… As our hosts, La Mobula, would say… ‘Expect the unexpected..’

The afternoons will include restorative and guided relaxation practices.

Prana del Mar has 2 beautiful Yoga Shalas as well as meditation room and stargazing rooftop on their beachfront private property. The facility is 'off the grid' which means there are no power lines, they are self sustained with well water, solar panels and satellite internet communication.

Their in house massage therapist and chef are not an addition, but sought after for their quality and talent. Meals are included and massages are by appointment, a la carte.

In all,  this is a retreat for a real soul reset experience.

Additional activities are available for the more adventurous, such as kayak, tour, horse riding on the beach, and visits to local artisan towns.
